Refund policy

We offer a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at support@alhusnastudio.com. Please note that exchanges will need to be sent to the advised address.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, you may choose an alternative item of equal value.

No Refunds Policy

We do not offer refunds on any purchases. All eligible returns will be processed as exchanges only.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. However, in line with our store policy, such returns will be eligible for exchange only, not refunds.
